Return and Refund Policy

At Bleuprint Society, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality products and excellent service. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Be in its original condition.
Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Upon verification, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

We will exchange eligible items for a different size, color, or replacement product based on inventory availability.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

8. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Bleuprint Society, LLC first to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchasing privileges.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bleuprint Society, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Policy Updates

Bleuprint Society, LLC reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to our website.
